Love on the Boardwalk

Hello my field daisies!

Yesterday I wrote a pretty long winded post, so today will be a short snack bite piece.

Here are some pictures from the time Amanda and I was in San Francisco. Yes, these photos were from last summer, but I haven’t done a photoshoot in a while, so we’re using old pictures. Yay!

I am in love with these shorts. They don’t really fit anymore, and I don’t wear them often. But they are such a statement, and I got them on sale at Forever 21 for super cheap. Therefore the quality was kind of shitty, so they were a little uncomfortable, very scratchy material. I’m not going to lie to you. These shorts weren’t the best. But they look great don’t they? They have a shiny baroque feel.

As for this cardigan, this was such a great purchase. I got it from TJ Maxx with my mom. The thing was this cardigan had a really subtle tribal print on it, but it washed away in the washing machine. Still love it though. The hood is such a nice touch. Unfortunately I left this cardigan in my closet in Alabama. Hopefully I’ll see it again soon.

I love this moment so much. We decided to go to this pier not on whim, but because I’ve been there before. This is Pier 5 which overlooks the city and the Bay Bridge. It’s a little dingy in person, but it’s such a beautiful place to take San Francisco themed photos.

So when did I come here first? It was with my boyfriend one day when we decided to come into the city for dinner. Honestly I don’t even remember the occasion. Birthday maybe? All I remember was there were tons of San Francisco Giants fans running around and horns honking in glee. They won a game and the whole town was in uproar. It was funny. We weren’t big SF Giants fans, so seeing everyone else so passionate over a team was really touching. Reminded me of how I feel for my Auburn Tigers.

We walked around the city with the trepid feelings of budding love. I’ll have to ask him when this was because my memory is so bad, but I’m sure this was two years ago. We stumbled across this pier and decided to walk down it. I remember looking at the lights on the Bay Bridge twinkle, and we were trying to decide if they are moving. In fact they were, like twinkling Christmas lights.

Love ya’ll and thanks for reading!

Hope you have a daisyish day!
