Today I am joined by my friend Alyssa So. We met at UC Berkeley where we both starred in a play called Open Lab: Identity and Belonging. After over 5 years, we reminisce about what the play meant to us. We also talk about our experience growing up Chinese American and the struggles of a first-generation immigrant family.
