Hello my field daisies!
Recently I visited the Grand Canyon. The Earth is beautiful. Our planet is full of ridges and crevices. We are just ants in comparison to its massiveness. If you make a trip to the Canyon, I recommend going to the South Rim. This area is where you get the Grand Canyon in its reappropriated form. South Rim is the view you’ve probably seen in postcards, t-shirts, movies, books, etc. Seeing it in person is a completely different experience. Looking at some of the Earth’s deepest abysses is amazingly peaceful and humbling.
That day I decided to rep my Auburn jersey. For those of you who don’t know, I was born and raised in Auburn, Alabama. The South will always be a special place in my heart. Growing up in Auburn was a quaint experience, giving me the shelter and hospitality I needed. That being said, I am glad I got out of that town. It was too small for my antsy soul that dreamed for bigger things. Who would have guessed that the Auburn Homecoming Queen would love liberal Berkeley so much?
Does anyone remember the ending 2010 Auburn Alabama game? Pure cinematic football gold.
Many thanks to Teva for hooking me up with tons of free shoes. These flip flops will be perfect to wear during Auburn football games. I never really liked flip flops because they are bad for your feet. But because these flip flops have ankle straps, they offer the support my feet desperately need when I walk long distances. Since I don’t have a car in Berkeley, I have to walk everywhere or take public transport. I usually walk at least a mile everyday.
I love my Abercrombie and Fitch skort. Now usually I don’t shop at A&F. But my friend Nicole wanted to go, so I grudgingly stepped into the heavily perfumed dark lit A&F. I am so glad she suggested we go because this skort fits me perfectly. A skort is a mix between shorts and a skirt, so you get the best of both worlds: the freedom of shorts and the cutest of a skirt.
Love ya’ll and thanks for reading!
Hope you have a daisyish day!
