Hello my field daisies!

I think I was a bit early on announcing the start of fall fashion. The weather here in Berkeley is still summer hot. I guess we are in the midst of moving on to fall, but summer just won’t let go! Oh well! The warm weather has given me a chance to slip another summery blog post in before the real cold sets in!

This is my first blog post at Cal!

Isn’t the architecture here gorgeous? 🙂 According to this site Berkeley has the fifth largest college library.

Today I am showcasing a floor length skirt that I bought from the thrift store. I love thrift shopping. It’s kind of cool how another man’s trash could be another man’s treasure. Thanks to whoever donated this skirt to Goodwill! I absolutely adore this thing.

Long skirts seem to be all the rage these days. The navy blue floral work on this skirt reminds me of Hawaii. But the burlap colored fabric gives the skirt a more vintage feel.

Do you like my necklace? I love how the braided metal unfurls to show all the intricate little chains.

My earrings match the different shades of grey of my my necklace.
